Standup Paddleboard Lessons
Private 1-on-1 or Private Group SUP Lesson
Jump start your Stand Up Paddling, learn new paddling skills or simply have a fun experience. You’ll learn proper paddle stroke, turning, water safety, choosing the right equipment, and more. Your 1.5 hour lesson includes board, paddle, personal flotation device (PFD), leash and photos delivered via email. ALL paddlers must know how to swim.
- $80 pp for 1-on-1 lesson. 1.5 hour lesson.
- $60 pp for private group, minimum of 2 paddlers. 1.5 hour lesson.
- $50 pp for private group, minimum of 5 paddlers. 1.5 hour lesson.

Paddlefit – Workout on Water

Take your workout on the water. A full body workout that will challenge every muscle thru core, balance, cardio and strength exercises, with some added paddle sprints and balance challenges. All fitness levels welcome. Exercises will be modified as necessary.
Class includes board, paddle, personal flotation device (PFD) leash and anchor. ALL paddlers must know how to swim.

CardioSUP – Distance Paddling

Take your cardio workout on the water. This will be an intermediate level paddle. We will be keeping a moderate pace while putting in some distance paddling and/or doing interval sprints. During the paddle you will be given pointers to make your paddling more efficient.
- $30 pp. Class includes all equipment and board.

ACA Level 1 Introduction to SUP Class
An comprehensive introductory 3 hour lesson in a group setting, that will go over the following skills:
- Equipment: Types of boards, paddles, leashes, PFDs
- Launching: Off beach and docks
- Paddle: Sizing, holding while kneeling/standing, switching sides
- Strokes: Forward, reverse, sweeps (turns), cross-bow, bracing, draws
- Stance: Neutral and staggered variations, kneeling, sitting
- Safety & Rescue: Paddle tow or tether tow, injured or unresponsive rescue, float plan
- Nautical Rules/Water Safety: USCG, local safety requirements, safety in multi-use areas

ACA Level 2 SUP Class – Advanced SUP Skills
Take your SUP skills to the next level. An advanced class that will go over the following skills:
- Maneuvers: Pivot turns, Cross stepping, Shuffle stepping, Weight transfer (nose to tail, rail to rail), Edging
- Strokes: Bracing (cross-tail, slap), corrective strokes while moving
- Stroke Refinement: Optimizing the reach, catch, power, release & return phases of the stroke
- Safety & Rescue: Unresponsive rescue to shore, towing with a tow belt
- Balance & Core Exercise: Simple exercises to enhance you balance & core stability
A 3 hour group lesson that includes board, paddle, personal flotation device (PFD) and leash.
- $90 pp. Class includes all equipment and board. 3 hour class.

SUP Fitness & Personal Training
Looking to change up your workout? Or have you hit a plateau in your SUP training? All new training sessions start with a full posture and movement assessment to identify muscular imbalances followed by a weekly periodized program tailored to the specific individual.
- $80 pp for 1-on-1 training. 1.5 hour session.
- $60 pp for private group training, minimum of 2 paddlers. 1.5 hour session.
- $50 pp for private group training, minimum of 5 paddlers. 1.5 hour session.

Girl Scout Classes
